About
Amber Meadows struggled with anxiety from a very early age of 5 years old. Her first symptoms consisted of nausea and worrying thoughts. Although she did not know at the time, she learned later in her young adult life that she was experiencing anxiety. Amber dealt with numerous hardships, heartache, toxic relationships, low self-esteem, and major guilt and worry for many years of her life causing anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. It wasn't until she said “enough is enough”.
